Introduction

This is a versatile spice that I use in a few different recipes.  Instead of recreating this for each recipe, I like to just make a bunch of it, store it in a sealed container, and simply measure out what I need when the time comes.  Since I make a lot of broth, I use this quite a bit.  This makes about a cup and a half.

Total Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients

ยฝ    cup nutritional yeast
4    Tbsp. onion powder
4     Tbsp. dry parsley
4     Tbsp. dry basil
2ยฝ   Tbsp. dry thyme
3      Tbsp. garlic powder
1      Tbsp. mustard powder
2      Tbsp. paprika
2      tsp. turmeric

Instructions

โ€ข  Store in a sealed container.  No need to keep it cold.
