Going Vegan Has Never Been So Easy
Chickpea Croutons

Introduction
These can add a little crunch to a meal or just grab a handful for a quick afternoon snack. Nutritious, easy to make, and you can flavor them however you please.
Total Time: 40 to 45 minutes
Ingredients
2 15 oz. cans garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
3 Tbsp. olive oil
3 Tbsp. Everything Spice
Variation: If you want a little heat, substitute the Everything Spice with the following:
1ยฝ Tbsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. cayenne powder
2 tsp. dry oregano
Instructions
โข Preheat the oven to 425ยฐF.
โข In a bowl, combine the chickpeas (garbanzo beans) and olive oil. Mix well, coating all the beans.
โข Pour the spices over the top of the beans and mix well.
โข Spread the beans on a non-stick baking sheet or baking mat and bake for 15 minutes.
โข Jostle or otherwise move around the beans a little (essentially, โflipโ them). Continue to bake for another 15 minutes.
