Taco Salad
Introduction
Super easy to make and sure to please.ย I prefer spicy ranch, but you can use regular ranch if youโd like and add in a little of your favorite salsa.ย Really, you can add whatever youโd like, such as sliced jalapenos, diced avocado, tortilla strips, and more.ย This is so versatile.
If you are planning on having leftovers, then keep the dressing, lettuce, tomatoes, and toppings all separate. Otherwise the lettuce will get soggy and gross.
Total Time: 30 to 40 minutes
Ingredients
1ยฝย lbs. groundย beef
2ย ย heads iceberg lettuce, washed andย rough chopped
1ย ย ย pint grape tomatoes (10 oz.), halved
1ย ย ย taco seasoning mix
Spicy ranchย dressing
Optional Toppings:
Sliced olives
Sliced jalapenos
Diced avocados
Corn kernels
Tortilla strips (or crunched chips)

Instructions
โข In a pan, brown the beef and add the taco seasoning.
โข Place the lettuce in a large bowl and add the tomatoes and spicy ranch dressing. Mix everything together well.
โข Dish the salad into a bowl or tortilla bowl. Top with the beef and any other toppings.
